One Step Multi-Torch Test Device is a qualitative, sandwich immunoassay for the detection of Toxo lgM, RV IgM, CMV lgM, HSV-II. This test is intended to be used by professionals as a screening test and provides a preliminary test result to aid in the diagnosis of infection with rubella virus, TOXO and CMV.
TEST PROCEDURE:
1. Bring the pouched test device to room temperature (15-30℃) prior to testing.
2. Remove the test device from the sealed pouch. Lay it on a flat, clean and dry surface.
3. Use the pipette to draw and slowly add 1 drop(approximately 25-30µl) of whole blood/serum/plasma to each sample well .
4. Hold the buffer bottle vertically and add 1drop（approximately 50µl）of buffer to the each sample well.
5. Read results 15-20minutes. Test results should not be interpreted after 20 minutes.

Positive: Two pink-colored lines appear in the result window, one in the test region (T) and another one in the control region (C).
Negative: Only one pink-colored line appears in the control region (C) of the result window.
Invalid: If no line appears in the control region, the test result is invalid regardless of the presence or absence of the test line.
