This product is used for qualitative detection of Candida albicans antigen in human oral wound samples.
TEST PROCEDURE:
Carefully read the operating instructions before testing, and restore the kit and sample treatment solution to room temperature before use.
1. Take the product out of the original packaging bag and use it as soon as possible within 1 hour.
2. Strip detection method:
Insert the test strip into the treated sample solution in the downward direction of the arrow (the liquid level should not exceed the max mark line), take it out and place it flat after 20 seconds.
3. Card type detection method:
Place the test card flat on the table, suck the treated sample solution with a burette and add 2 drops vertically (about 50μl) In the sampling hole.
4.Wait for the red strip to appear, observe the test results for 15-20 minutes, and the results displayed after 30 minutes are invalid.
INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS：2. Strip detection method:

Positive: There are two red bands, one in the test area (T) and the other in the quality control area (C).
Negative: Only one red band appears in the quality control area (C), and no red band appears in the test area (T).
Invalid: There is no red band in the quality control area (C), which indicates that the operation process is incorrect or the kit is invalid. In this case, carefully read the instructions again and retest with a new kit. If there are still problems, stop using the batch number of products immediately and contact the local supplier.
