INTENDED USE:
It is used to detect the content of human chorionic gonadotropin regular molecule and β core fragment in human urine.
Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) is a glycoprotein hormone produced by placental trophoblast cells during pregnancy. It is composed of two different subunits a, β connected by noncovalent bonds. In the process of hormone production, secretion and metabolism, hCG molecules will break, dissociate and other changes, thus exist invarious molecular forms in blood and urine. HCG β - core fragment of hCG (hCG β CF) is the final metabolite of hCG, and only exists in urine but not in blood. The concentration of hCG β core fragment was lower than that of blood HCG in the early stage of pregnancy, and increased rapidly in the fifth week of pregnancy, which was the same as that of blood HCG in 6-7 weeks, and then continued to rise . The determination of hCG related molecules is widely used in clinic. This product is mainly used for the auxiliary diagnosis of early pregnancy and the indication of abnormal pregnancy.
